Do computers radiate a lot to pregnant women?

Computers do not cause much radiation to pregnant women, and pregnant women can use them appropriately in their lives. Radiation can be broadly divided into two types, i.e. ionizing radiation and non-ionizing radiation. Usually daily exposure to ionizing radiation is harmful, while non-ionizing radiation is harmless. The radiation generated by computers belongs to non-ionizing radiation, which has little effect on pregnant women. Pregnant women can use computers, cell phones and other items appropriately in their daily lives, but the time spent using them should not be too long. Some pregnant women may experience dizziness and nausea after using the computer, but it is mainly caused by the work fatigue or excessive tension in the process of using the computer, followed by the very low frequency electromagnetic field that may come from the computer. So far, there is no authoritative survey to show that there is an inevitable link between computer radiation and fetal health. Therefore, pregnant women can use computers appropriately in their daily work life, as long as they are not working under the high-powered radiation of huge computer rooms and workstations, there is usually no significant impact on the fetus. If a pregnant woman is concerned about this, she can also wear a protective apron when using a computer to reduce the effects of radiation.
