Is it normal to have a low menstrual flow at the age of 30?

If you are just 30 years old and you experience a decrease in menstrual flow, this is an abnormality. It is advisable to rule out the possibility of premature ovarian failure and to have a blood test for sex hormone six on the second or third day of menstruation to see if follicle stimulating hormone has increased abnormally. If the ovarian function is still normal, it is also clinically recommended to exclude whether there is a recent history of uterine operation, such as a clinical history of abortion, or diagnostic scraping or purging surgery. This condition may cause damage to the endometrium and result in incomplete adhesions in the uterine cavity, which can clinically lead to decreased menstrual flow. It is recommended that hysteroscopy must be performed in order to separate the adhered tissues and restore the menstrual flow to a normal state.
