Brain stem hemorrhage surgery usually takes about 3-4 hours from preoperative preparation, to intraoperative craniotomy, and then to cranial closure. The duration of the operation is not too long, but mainly consists of some preparatory work, some fine intraoperative operations, and postoperative assessment of the patient’s pupils and other vital signs. The time for stereotactic surgery is divided into preoperative preparation, intraoperative navigation installation, navigation design access, and intraoperative hematoma aspiration, which can be completed in about 1-2 hours. It needs to be determined on a case-by-case basis.
