Viral fever usually gets better in a few days and is always 38 to 39

  The temperature of 38℃-39℃ caused by viral infection can be recovered in a few days can not be generalized, it needs to depend on the type of virus infection and the severity of the disease.  In general, a fever of 38℃-39℃ is a moderate fever. Fever caused by viral infections in clinical practice is commonly found in viral infections of the upper respiratory tract. If it is a common viral infection, or there is no other bacterial infection, the temperature can gradually return to normal in about 3-5 days. If the viral infection is more severe or has other complications, such as bronchitis or pneumonia, the patient’s moderate fever may last for more than 1 week. In the case of specific viral infections, such as EBV infection, the patient’s moderate fever symptoms may last for 2 weeks or longer.  Patients are advised to promptly check their body temperature and changes in their condition, dry their sweat after sweating to avoid aggravating their condition after getting cold, replenish the body with the required water, pay attention to rest, eat a light, easily digestible diet, and avoid spicy, oily and other stimulating foods.
