What are the dietary treatments for amblyopia?

  (1) 500g of black beans, 500g of walnuts, 1 cup of milk, 1 tbsp of honey.       Preparation: Cook black beans and leave to cool, then grind into powder. Stir-fry walnuts until slightly charred, remove the coating, leave to cool and mash into a paste. Take 1 spoon of each of the above two foods, brew into 1 cup of boiled milk and add 1 spoon of honey to improve the regulation of the eye muscles.  (2) 10 grams of Chinese wolfberry, 10 grams of mulberry, 20 grams of yam, and 10 red dates.       Preparation: Decoct the above four ingredients in water and drink them in two times with an interval of 3-4 hours. Children with amblyopia can take it for a long time to eliminate the symptoms of eye strain.  (3) 50 grams of cooked peanuts, 1 egg of about 50 grams, 200 grams of milk and 15 grams of honey.  Method: Shell the egg, stir well, pour into boiling milk, and then add peanuts and honey after boiling, stir well.  Dosage: 1 dose per day, served for breakfast.  (4) 40 grams of sheep liver, 15 grams of astragalus.  Method: Sheep liver sliced, thirsty soup. Liver slices can be dipped in seasoning to take, 1 dose daily.  (5) 30-60 grams of Semen Cuscutae, 100 grams of round-grained rice and sugar.  Method: Wash and pound the cuscuta seeds, add water to obtain juice, remove the residue, add rice to cook the porridge, add sugar when the porridge is ready, and cook for a while.  Dosage: 7~10 days as a course of treatment, divided into 2 times in the morning and evening, 3~5 days between serving again.
