The vast majority of hematuria is invisible and uncomfortable, but these are really nasty! 1. Hematuria: Under normal circumstances, there are no red blood cells in urine. Medically, the patient’s urine is centrifuged and precipitated, and then examined with a microscope. If there are more than 5 red blood cells in each high-powered field of view, it is called hematuria. 2.Naked eye hematuria: If the eyes can see that the urine is “wash water-like” or with blood, or even blood or blood clots in the urine, it is called the dark eye hematuria; this kind of hematuria does not belong to the “quiet hematuria” 3.Microscopic hematuria: If the red cells are only found under the microscope, but the eyes do not see that there is blood This kind of hematuria is often not painful or itchy, which is what we call “quiet hematuria” 4. The problem is that it is not visible to the naked eye, it is not painful – it comes quietly and we don’t know what it is. Is it “malignant” or “benign”? The key here is that this hematuria is not perceived. 5. How is the “quiet hematuria” detected? It’s simple – routine urine tests (cheap and convenient); but it’s impossible to go for routine urine tests for no reason! Generally speaking, the following conditions can be checked: 1, back pain; 2, back pain; 3, weakness for no reason; 4, urinary urgency; 5, frequent urination; 6, painful urination; 7, swollen eyes; 8, swollen feet; 9, joint pain
