Is meth addictive ?

With the reform and development of our country, new technologies from abroad have been brought in, which has contributed to the rapid development of our economy, but also brought in bad things from abroad, and drugs are one of them. The types of drugs popular in China also followed the foreign countries. As heroin becomes a “sunset” industry, most people think that the symptoms of heroin addiction are unbearable and can’t stand not using it for a day; methamphetamine is not addictive and can be used intermittently and feels good afterwards, so more and more people are using meth. Is meth addictive? The answer is “yes”, because the symptoms of meth addiction are not in the physical reaction, but in the emotional reaction and heart addiction, so it is easy to ignore. Under normal circumstances, the metabolism time of methamphetamine is 3-5 days, so the first time the patient inhales, he or she will only experience excitement, euphoria, high energy, talk a lot, and think that this is something magical that will make him or her smart and articulate. However, after the third to fifth day of use, the patient will experience an unexplained lack of energy, depression, restlessness, and fidgeting, which are actually the withdrawal reactions to methamphetamine. In this case, the patient will be prompted to use meth repeatedly in order to change the current state and pursue the previous good feeling. Over time, the patient will use more and more meth and use it more and more frequently, forming a serious psychological dependence. Therefore, those who say that methamphetamine is not addictive are lying.
