Do dry skin disorders with a genetic predisposition have to be inherited?

Not necessarily, there is a difference in genetic probability. Diseases with a genetic predisposition may be monogenic, e.g. ichthyosis, pigmented dry skin disease, which is autosomal dominant/recessive and whether it is inherited is related to whether the spouse carries the relevant gene and what the allele of their own gene is, with a higher probability of inheritance. Some diseases have more susceptibility loci, such as psoriasis and atopic dermatitis, which have a certain probability of being inherited, and environmental factors also have an impact on their development.
