Frequent and violent nausea and vomiting can lead to complications such as pancreatic tearing and disturbance of water-electrolyte balance. The former is treated symptomatically with anti-emetic and anti-emetic treatment; the latter is treated with timely blood volume and electrolyte replacement and correction of acid-base balance disturbance according to the patient’s laboratory results to avoid further deterioration.
