What not to eat with sciatica

Sciatica is not recommended to eat foods that are too stimulating, including chili peppers and colas, or foods that contain a lot of acid or produce acid in food preparation, such as asparagus and spinach. It is also important to avoid tobacco and alcohol, and foods that are too high in fat and oil. The reason for avoiding is that acid-containing substances can combine with calcium in food, thus affecting calcium absorption and producing osteoporosis, thus increasing osteophytes, spinal stenosis and lumbar disc lesions, and affecting sciatic nerve pain. The reason for not eating overly stimulating foods is to not affect blood circulation, thus avoiding poor blood flow to stimulate the sciatic nerve and produce pain.
