1. can not do instant explosive movements such as jumping, 100-meter race; can not do violent leg extension – leg curl action such as starting a motorcycle, kicking legs; squatting can not stand up violently, squatting should first slowly to the sitting position and then in the standing, by standing squatting also.
2. avoid climbing high, avoid falls, sprains, avoid drunkenness (easy to sprain after drunkenness). Usually life, work, appropriate weight bearing, force are no big deal, but should avoid long standing, sitting, long squatting, should intermittent walking, appropriate activities.
3. Adhere to oral medication for more than six months, and wear elastic stockings to help reduce swelling and promote recovery (put them on in the morning and take them off at night when you sleep).
