Can the early stage of femoral head necrosis be cured by medicine?

Femoral osteonecrosis is generally classified as atopic and medicated, such as taking hormones and drinking alcohol. Taking medication early on helps slow down the progression of the disease and does not completely cure osteonecrosis of the femoral head. The pathological cause of femoral head necrosis is necrosis of the femoral head caused by blood obstruction and bone ischemia. Early detection of femoral head necrosis can be treated with bed rest or head preservation surgery, such as marrow core decompression and bone flap filling. In severe cases of femoral head necrosis leading to osteoarthritis, artificial hip arthroplasty can be chosen.
