A small number of patients may have persistent lower abdominal pain, which is aggravated during menstruation, but 27%-40% of patients may have no dysmenorrhea, so dysmenorrhea is not a necessary symptom of endo. Infertility: The infertility rate of endometriosis is as high as 40%, which may be due to changes in the pelvic microenvironment affecting sperm-egg binding and transport, and abnormal ovarian function due to abnormal immune function, which in turn leads to ovulation disorders and poor corpus luteum formation. In moderate and severe cases, adhesions around the ovaries and fallopian tubes may affect the transport of fertilized eggs, resulting in infertility. 3. discomfort during sexual intercourse: mostly pain caused by collision or uterine contraction during sexual intercourse, such as deep intercourse pain, which is most obvious before the onset of menstruation. 4.Menstrual abnormalities: manifested as increased menstrual flow, prolonged menstrual period, incomplete menstrual dripping or premenstrual spotting bleeding, etc. 5.Other symptoms: Endometrium can be located in any part of the body, and when it is located outside the pelvic cavity, periodic pain, bleeding and lumps associated with menstruation can appear locally. In summary, the symptoms of endometriosis are mainly lower abdominal pain, dysmenorrhea, infertility, discomfort during sexual intercourse, abnormal menstruation, etc.
