A married man who does not excrete semen due to sexual intercourse more than once a week; or an unmarried adult man who has frequent semen ejaculation more than twice a week with other discomfort can be diagnosed as seminal emission. Sexually stimulating content of pornographic books, movies, and television, stimulating the brain, can induce seminal emission; stimulation of inflammation of the external genitalia and their accessory gonads can occur; or when sleeping on the back, the bedding is warm and heavy, stimulating and compressing the external genitalia and seminal emission; in addition, seminal emission can also occur in case of overexertion.
