How long does it take for a ruptured corpus luteum to heal?

In clinical cases of ruptured corpus luteum, some require conservative treatment and some require surgical treatment. Conservative treatment requires about 10 days of clinical time for the clinical symptoms to disappear and for the corpus luteum to gradually shrink before the body can slowly get better. In the case of surgical treatment, it takes about 1 month for the body to recover completely. For the rupture of the corpus luteum, clinical attention must be paid and close observation must be made, especially in the case of conservative treatment to find out whether there is an increase in pelvic fluid and whether there is a decrease in hematocrit, and then the clinical decision will be made as to whether conservative treatment will continue. If conservative treatment fails, it is recommended that surgery be given as soon as possible to avoid greater harm to the patient, and patients treated with surgery are recommended to be reviewed one month after surgery.
