What is the relationship between exercise and skin care?

Exercise helps detoxify the body, speed up metabolic function, enhance resistance, keep fit, and promote blood circulation ….. There are so many effects that it can be said to have a hundred benefits and no harm. Modern city people are very busy, rarely have the opportunity to exercise, quite a majority of people have a subhealth state.  As a city commuter, I know that going to the gym on weekdays that is a very luxurious and slim idea. But you can try not to drive, but walk or bike to work, home or in the unit, try not to take the elevator but take the stairs. At the weekend, you can do cardio, you can choose to go hiking, strolling in the park, playing ball, not necessarily to exercise until you sweat profusely, but definitely to sweat.  Exercise, health and skin care If you pay attention you will find, especially women, often unwell, this pain that pain, pale dry face no elasticity, even if carefully follow certain skin care procedures every day. Women are constantly sick, and seeing a doctor doesn’t work. It is recommended that you go out for an afternoon in good weather, get some sun, sweat and breathe the fresh air of nature.  I think there should be many sisters in order to take good care of the skin, do not want to go out in the sun, and do not want the skin to suffer from heat and sweat torture, even if you need to exercise to enjoy the air-conditioned gym. In fact, this is a very bad habit. Too much care for the skin has become a greenhouse flower, slightly touch a little frustration will have a great reaction, long-term, the skin does not get exercise, it becomes poor absorption, with what does not seem to work, with the body as no appetite to absorb nutrients.
