The minimally invasive method can also produce precise and stable double eyelids

The minimally invasive double eyelid is similar to the Korean three-dot method, which draws on the advantages of the traditional incision method that causes lamellar adhesions and the buried wire method that causes linear adhesions, and during the specific operation I combined some of my own understanding of the principle of double eyelid formation. 1, I use two incisions, the inner and outer side to form the corner and the end of the eye, and take into account the middle part of the eye. 2. The orbital septum fat can be removed to avoid the swelling that forms after the blepharoplasty. 3, It is very important that the tissue below the incision line should also be removed as much as possible otherwise the double eyelid stability is not good and may cause shallow and double eyelid line not enough to avoid the so-called Korean style disadvantages. Therefore the post-surgical swelling and bruising of the method is still present. The operation time for the minimally invasive method is not short, because the field of vision is small and has to be in place, which makes the operation difficult instead. The biggest limitation of this method is that the skin cannot be removed, so it is not suitable for those with swollen eyes and loose skin and those who need wider eyelids, which account for less than 10% of all my eyelid surgeries.
