Blepharoplasty, commonly known as double eyelid surgery. It is a surgical procedure that modifies and reorganizes the anatomy of a single eyelid to create the appearance of a heavy eyelid based on aesthetic principles. There are two common types of blepharoplasty: 1. Buried suture: A small incision is used to bury the sutures under the skin. It is suitable for young people with little orbital fat and thin, tight skin on the upper eyelid, for those with a single lid on one side, or for those whose lids appear and disappear after blepharoplasty, or for those who want to remedy a partial shallowing or loss of the lid fold. 2. Incisional lid fixation: For people with lax upper lid skin, bloated upper lids, triangular eyes and canthus, the incisional method of blepharoplasty works best. This type of surgery usually takes only one week to fully recover. Note: 1. Avoid menstruation, as the coagulation mechanism is relatively low during menstruation and bleeding is common. 2.Before the operation, it is best to avoid eating food or drugs to activate blood vessels. 3.Prepare sunglasses and ice bags at home before surgery.
