Unicornuate uterus can also be divided into the presence or absence of a stump, and in the stump uterus it is divided into the presence or absence of a cavity and occlusion. Unicornuate uterine malformation can also cause dysmenorrhea and difficulty in pregnancy in certain cases. The use of vaginal ultrasound, especially transvaginal 3D ultrasound, is recommended to clarify the diagnosis and classification of unicornuate uterus.
