What exactly is the root cause of circumflex joint misalignment?

When you are troubled by headache, vertigo, nausea, vomiting, panic, insomnia, neck and shoulder discomfort, which are called the seven deadly sins of misalignment of the cervical joints by the author, can you think of taking some X-rays of the cervical spine (note: in addition to the conventional cervical spine front and side, also because of the addition of the cervical spine open position) to determine whether the trouble is caused by the cervical and pivotal spine. According to my years of clinical experience, many difficult to treat, recurring difficult to treat diseases, and even some strange diseases, are related to the ring, the cardinal spine. In addition to those mentioned above, such as dizziness and forgetfulness, tinnitus, deafness, blurred vision, visual fatigue, temporomandibular joint disorders, mental disorders, etc., may have a share of the crico-axial vertebrae. The circumflex vertebra is the first cervical vertebra under the occiput and is in the leading position in the entire crest, which can be called the “leading brother” and is the leading vertebra of 26 crestal vertebrae. The concave articular surface behind the anterior arch of the cricoid vertebrae is set on the dentate process of the pivot vertebrae to form the cricodental joint, and the cricoid vertebrae rotate on the axis of the dentate process to perform most of the rotational functions of the head, and this kind of dexterous structure is the root cause of poor stability of the joint and susceptibility to subluxation. The types of subluxation of the cricoaxial joint are very complicated, just take the cricoaxial deviation as an example, there can be forward, upward, downward, lateral and rotational, plus there are as many as 18 kinds of compound deviations. The causes of subluxation include congenital deformity, old and new trauma, especially concussion and whip-like injury, incorrect posture over the years, and infection of the pharynx. There is also an important cause, inflammatory edema of the peri-vertebral soft tissues such as the joint capsule. What symptoms can be caused by misalignment of the annular pivot joint? Misalignment of the circumflex joint causes occipital and cervical pain by compressing the greater and lesser occipital nerves, the greater auricular nerve and the third occipital nerve. Compression of the cremasteric bundle at the second cervical medulla and stimulation of the cremasteric bundle of the trigeminal nerve cause pain in the forehead and orbital temples. Rotation of the transverse processes of the cervical vertebrae forward or backward compresses the superior cervical ganglion that pulls the sympathetic nerve trunk. The superior cervical ganglion is located near the anterior aspect of the transverse processes of the second cervical vertebrae and is susceptible to subluxation of the cervical pivot joint or inflammatory stimulation, and stimulation of the superior cervical sympathetic nerve can cause spasm of the vertebral artery, leading to vertigo by ischemia of the inner ear vestibule. It can also compress the carotid sheath and the attached vagus nerve, affecting the cardiac plexus from the cervical sympathetic nerve and producing palpitations and abnormal blood pressure. The deviation of the cardinal vertebrae is very common, some people count 90%, and the nausea center is located at the second cervical medulla, which is easily stimulated by the compression of the cervical medulla and produces nausea; if it compresses the parasympathetic nerve and causes endocrine disorders, it will be a strange disease. In addition, some people have congenital malformations of the vertebral artery sulcus and vertebral artery, which can easily cause compression of the vertebral artery. This explains why some people have a slight deviation, that is, serious symptoms and unbearable pain. This explains why some people have severe symptoms and pain when they are slightly deviated, while others are still laughing and smiling when they are severely deviated, which shows that everyone reacts differently to the misalignment of the annulus. Long-term changes in the position of the crico-occipital joint can lead to residual tension injury of the cervicocervical muscle group. Inflammatory contractures or spasms can cause the hardened muscles to compress the vertebral artery, and long-term muscle tension can also cause fibrosis of the muscles and surrounding soft tissues to form adhesive edema, of which the most important muscles are the oblique muscles of the head and the large posterior rectus muscle of the head, while the trapezius semispinalis muscle can cause secondary changes in the position of the circumflex joint in addition to compression. Inflammatory edema of the crico-occipital joint capsule is also causally related to the altered position of the crico-occipital joint. The stiffness and tension of these soft tissues can cause pain in the head, neck, and shoulders, often diagnosed as migraine or vasotonic pain. Resetting the cricoaxial spine can relieve both the compression and the muscle tension. The diagnosis of a misaligned circumflex spine. Careful measurement is required. Some patients with minimal displacement have severe vertigo and nausea headaches with heavier signs, which may be related to more severe inflammation, acute attacks, and individual differences. The reset of the crico-axial misalignment is easier, but the stability is poor, and the balance of soft tissues in the cervical-occipital area is needed for protection, and functional exercise with needling can be used as a better match, and many people need multiple resets. Circumferential joint subluxation, do a lot of evil, but not many people recognize it. The author offers you a method: if you have the above symptoms, you can feel the swelling and intense pressure pain at the “back of the head” at the Fengchi point, of course, if you touch the offset transverse process of the circumferential vertebrae or the spinous process of the pivot vertebrae after the angle of the jaw under the ear, it will be possible to conclude. A definitive diagnosis would require a shot of the cervical cervical spine in the crico-axial spine open-mouth position. Crestal spine injury and misalignment have been referred to by some as the third cause of disease following pathogenic microorganisms and mental health, called cremasteric disease. With the increase in brain work, the trend is growing, and people who work mainly at desk jobs should take more care of their crestal spine.
