  Regular shampooing: The scalp is the part of the body with the most sweat glands and sebaceous glands, often with sweat and sebum secretion. You should try to perm and dye your hair at longer intervals. Try not to blow dry your hair after shampooing, and then comb it after drying it naturally.  Avoid emotional tension, staying up late, constipation and other factors. Such factors can lead to endocrine disorders, neurotrophic system damage, skin follicles, insufficient blood supply, resulting in dry skin, hair withering and increased shedding.  Washing hair to warm water is appropriate, the water temperature in 30-38oC. Water temperature is too low is not easy to remove oil and dirt; too high is easy to damage the scalp fine nerves, blood vessels, epidermal cells, can make the hair brittle and easy to break.
