So let’s talk about what are the causes of sweating?
Sweating can dissipate heat, lower body temperature, moisten the skin, and expel waste. Sweating is a physiological phenomenon of the human body. In hot weather, wearing thick clothes, drinking hot soup, drinking and eating hot pot, emotional, labor running, etc., sweating increased, is a normal phenomenon.
However, if there is an abnormal increase in local or general skin sweating (more sweating than the average person), it is called hyperhidrosis. Among them is often sweating during the day, moving then sweating intensified is called self-sweating; sweating when sleeping, sweating after waking up to stop is called night sweating.
There are several common types of hyperhidrosis as follows.
1, hyperactive Yang energy
