If a patient experiences chest tightness and difficulty, it is considered to be caused by an angina attack. Especially if the patient has hypertension, hyperlipidemia on a regular basis or has diabetes itself, he or she is more likely to develop coronary atherosclerotic heart disease. In addition if the patient has chest tightness and difficulty and currently has a fever or cold, it is not excluded that it is caused by myocarditis, especially in young patients, when myocardial enzymes, electrocardiogram and cardiac ultrasound should be checked. In patients with menopause or menstrual disorders, the presence of chest tightness and difficulty may be caused by cardiac neurosis or menopausal status. If necessary, patients are advised to have coronary CT, which is a non-invasive operation and the gold standard for confirming coronary artery disease.
