How to first aid treatment of water and fire burns?

First remove the heat source, quickly leave the scene, with a variety of fire extinguishing methods, such as water immersion, water drenching, lying down on the ground and rolling, immediately remove wet clothes or cut, drench, soak the limb in cold water until the pain disappears. You can also use a wet towel or sheet to cover the injury, and then spray cold water on it. Do not break the blisters. Water and fire burns can be divided into first degree burns [erythematous, the skin turns red and has a hot stinging sensation], second degree burns [blistering, the affected area produces blisters], and third degree burns [necrotic, the skin flakes]. For small localized mild burns, the treatment can be administered at home, after cleaning the wound, you can apply Kyowa Red, Mepore moist burn cream, etc. For large area burns, it is advisable to send to hospital for treatment as soon as possible. The most important treatment for burns is to shave the hair in and around the wounded area and cut the long nails. Wash the healthy skin around the trauma with soap and water, then scrub with 0.1% Neosporin solution or 75% alcohol to disinfect. Wash the wound surface with isotonic saline to remove foreign bodies and dirt from the wound surface. Protect small blisters from breakage, and large blisters can be pumped out with an empty needle. For broken blisters or heavily contaminated ones, the skin of the blister should be cut off, and the trauma surface should be gently rolled over with gauze, covered with a layer of liquid paraffin gauze or thin layer of petroleum jelly gauze, plus multiple layers of skimmed gauze and cotton pads, and evenly wrapped with bandages and pressure, and burns can also be treated with bandage therapy and exposure therapy. Scalding is often prone to infection, it is advisable to add antimicrobial agent, also can inject tetanus antitoxin. Water and fire burns can be avoided, especially by avoiding children playing with fire and preventing them from touching flammable, boiling water and other hot and scalding objects.
