Different types of pulpitis are treated in different ways, as follows: 1. Repeatable pulpitis: more treatment to protect the pulp; 2. Irreducible pulpitis: complete extraction of the pulp is required to relieve the patient’s pain and then root canal treatment; 3. Acute pulpitis: because the patient’s pulpitis is in an acute state, the pain is very intense, anesthesia is required, and root canal treatment is performed after complete extraction of the pulp; 4. Chronic pulpitis: because the patient has had the disease for a long time, the nerve is fully infected and root canal treatment is required immediately; 5. Retrograde pulpitis: the treatment is more complex and requires joint multidisciplinary treatment.
