Usually, patients can see the effect in about 30-60 minutes after using the fever suppositories. The main ingredient of antipyretic suppositories is acetaminophen, which has antipyretic and analgesic effects. This drug is absorbed through the mucous membrane of the large intestine to achieve antipyretic effect, avoiding the pain due to oral medication, intramuscular injection or intravenous injection.
