Minimally invasive treatment of parastetals

In fact, many women have problems with parametrium, which is a raised breast-like tissue that usually grows in front of the patient’s armpit. Many women suffer from the problem of parametrium, mainly because it greatly affects the appearance of beauty, in the fall and winter when wearing more clothes, but in the summer when wearing thin clothes parametrium patients will be more troubled. The effect of aesthetics is only one of the adverse effects of the side breast, if there is breast tissue in the side breast, then there is a risk of lesions if not properly cared for, so you should find some effective ways to treat it. There are three types of parametrium: 1. breast tissue without nipples. 2. 2. nipple without breast tissue. 3. There are nipples and breast tissue. When there is glandular tissue, the parametrial breast is affected by sex hormones, such as estrogen, progesterone and prolactin, as well as the menstrual cycle, and may be distended and painful before menstruation, and increase significantly during pregnancy. It is also affected by the same common diseases as the normal breast, such as hyperplasia, adenoma, cysts, and parametrial cancer. The disease is not uncommon and is more common in women than men, about 5:1, and is often hereditary. Do all parastomas need to be treated? There are 3 indications: 1) premenstrual distension and discomfort, and those with severe symptoms require treatment; 2) severe aesthetic discomfort requires treatment; 3) when benign or malignant tumors occur in the parametrial breast. Minimally invasive treatment for parametrial breasts Parametrial breasts have glandular and fatty components like normal breasts. The fatty components can be removed by liposuction, while the denser glands cannot be removed by suction. The incisions for liposuction and McMurdo spinotomy are only <5 mm holes and are virtually unmarked after healing (illustration).
