Menstruation is a sign that a girl is growing up, and for boys, so is seminal emission.
If you ejaculate without having sex or masturbating, it is called seminal emission. If ejaculation occurs during sleep, it is called “dream ejaculation”.
Generally speaking, the first ejaculation occurs in boys between the ages of 11 and 18. This is a normal male physiological phenomenon and an important sign of pubertal development, and its frequency decreases after puberty.
Semen is produced in the testicles, moment by moment, but the storage space (epididymis) is limited. When a person is more relaxed during sleep, “semen overflowing” will naturally flow out.
Most of the dreams occur without warning, and the content of the dream may or may not be related to sex.
The “semen loss hurts the vitality” is nonsense.
The actual semen is not very precious, and there is no “one drop of semen ten drops of blood” transformation ability. A mature, healthy male can produce tens or even hundreds of millions of sperm every day, which can be replenished 3-7 days after sperm discharge.
The regular discharge of sperm will not only not affect your health, but will be beneficial to sperm metabolism.
The number and frequency of seminal emission varies from person to person.
If you do not have a sexual life or masturbation habits, it is normal to have seminal emission 1-2 times a month or a few more times a month, so long as you do not feel unwell, then there is nothing to worry about.
If the frequency of seminal emission is too low, sometimes only once a few months, it is likely to be related to stress, masturbation more frequently, etc., as long as there is no physical discomfort, there is no need to worry too much.
However, if the frequency is as high as 2 times a week or more, or if you have a normal sex life and masturbation, but still have frequent seminal emission, and have discomfort symptoms such as back pain, dizziness and fatigue, night sweats and insomnia, itching and pain around the reproductive organs, then it is an unhealthy state, pathological seminal emission, and you need to seek medical treatment as soon as possible.
Although dream ejaculation is a normal phenomenon, there are still some precautions to keep in mind.
1, pay attention to hygiene: after the dream ejaculation should be promptly cleaned off semen, and change, clean underwear; usually pay attention to cleaning the vulva, keep the private parts clean.
2, loose clothing: do not wear tight underwear and tight clothing, do not cover too heavy quilt, to avoid overheating and pressure on the private parts.
3, adhere to exercise: should be regular work and rest, develop good habits of life and exercise, exercise while diverting attention.
4. Avoid stress: realize that dream emission is not a sign of impurity or moral corruption, it is a healthy and normal behavior, so there is no need to put unnecessary pressure on yourself; you should seek medical examination in time for abnormal frequency of seminal emission, and there is no need to feel shame (parents should guide you in time and correctly).
