How can parents detect pediatric asthma early?

Children with eczema, allergic rhinitis, recurrent urticaria, wheezing pneumonia and wheezing bronchitis in infancy and early childhood, especially those with asthma in the family, should pay attention to early treatment of allergic diseases, improvement of physical status, early detection of allergic foods and allergens in the environment, and avoid consumption or contact as much as possible. Patients with asthma usually have an aura before an asthma attack. Exogenous asthma attacks are often associated with exposure to allergens, while endogenous asthma attacks are mostly caused by whistling infections, especially viral infections. In addition cold air, irritating gases, strenuous exercise, drug allergies, climate change, mental stimulation and violent mood swings are common triggers for asthma attacks. Be on high alert for asthma attacks when triggering factors are present. Asthma epidemiological surveys show that irritating dry cough, continuous sneezing, itching of the throat, nose and eyes and chest tightness and shortness of breath often indicate that an asthma attack is about to occur, so immediate action should be taken once the above aura symptoms occur.
