The main cause of gastric bleeding caused by cirrhosis is ruptured esophagogastric fundic variceal bleeding, or bleeding caused by peptic ulcer, or possibly bleeding caused by portal hypertensive gastropathy, which depends on the patient’s bleeding volume and bleeding rate, and requires gastroscopy to clarify and endoscopic treatment if necessary. Gastric bleeding caused by patients with cirrhosis, if the bleeding is caused by rupture of the varices of the esophagogastric fundus, is very dangerous, the bleeding volume is very raging and can endanger the life of the patient at any time. The gastric bleeding caused by patients with cirrhosis is very common in clinical practice.
