Side effects of ibuprofen granules

  Ibuprofen granules are mainly used to relieve mild to moderate pain such as headache, arthralgia, migraine, toothache, muscle pain, neuralgia, dysmenorrhea. Ibuprofen granules have obvious warnings in the instructions: prohibited for those who are allergic to other NSAIDs, prohibited for pregnant and lactating women, and prohibited for asthmatics who are allergic to aspirin. A few patients may experience nausea, vomiting, heartburn or mild indigestion, gastrointestinal ulcers and bleeding, elevated transaminases, headache, dizziness, tinnitus, blurred vision, nervousness, drowsiness, lower limb edema, or sudden weight gain. Rare adverse reactions are skin rash, allergic nephritis, cystitis, nephrotic syndrome, renal papillary necrosis or renal failure, bronchospasm. Also note that this product should be used with caution in patients with the following conditions: over 60 years of age, bronchial asthma, hepatic or renal insufficiency, coagulation mechanism or platelet dysfunction.  In order to achieve better therapeutic effect, alcohol or alcoholic beverages should not be consumed during the course of taking this product, and taking other drugs together may aggravate the adverse effects of the drug itself or reduce the therapeutic effect of each drug.
