Is sexual arousal a precursor to diabetes?

Diabetes does not cause sexual exuberance, sexual exuberance can be considered endocrine disease, mental illness and other causes. As long-term high blood sugar will cause damage to the kidneys, blood vessels and nerves, thus affecting the blood circulation of the reproductive system and nerves, it will cause sexual dysfunction, especially in men, but will not cause sexual arousal. Therefore, hypersexuality is not a precursor to diabetes. Sexual arousal should be considered to be related to endocrine diseases, such as hyperthyroidism, adrenocortical tumor, pituitary growth hormone secretion tumor; or schizophrenia, obsessive-compulsive disorder and other mental disorders. It is recommended to go to the hospital for timely diagnosis and treatment. If there is no mental disorder, the patient should go to the endocrinology department for cranial CT and hormone examination to clarify the cause of the disease, and then go for regular treatment.
