Current status of cervical spondylosis

With the development of society, the progress of the times, and the increasing intensity of work, spine-related diseases are on a rapid rise year by year, while the age of onset is on a downward trend. From the beginning of the onset of young and middle-aged people, gradually developed into the onset of adolescents over 15 years old. Due to the increased pressure and load on adolescents’ studies, the long-term study of the head and neck muscles in the posterior group of the head and neck is caused by long-term static tension injury, which leads to static muscle injury and spine-related diseases in adolescents. Such as cervicogenic headache, visual impairment, forgetfulness and other related symptoms. It has been reported that the incidence rate of adolescents accounts for 20-25%, over 20 years of age accounts for over 30%, over 30 years of age accounts for 35%, over 40 years of age accounts for 45-50%, while over 50 years of age accounts for 60-75% and over 70 years of age accounts for 85%. At present, people suffering from cervical spondylosis are very common in the clinic, so I often compare the cervical spine to the bearings of the wheel, when the car needs to do maintenance and four-wheel alignment after driving a certain mileage, every movement of people can not be separated from the activities of the cervical spine, so the cervical spine is easy to fatigue and injury. Correcting the skew of the cervical vertebrae with techniques is the same as doing a four-wheel alignment for the car.
