How muscles are formed

Muscles can be formed through exercise, such as working out. After working out, patients may experience muscle pain, which is a normal symptom of lactic acid gathering in the body. The muscle contraction exercise can make the muscle fibers thicker and larger, so our muscles can gradually become stronger and more powerful through exercise. Patients who choose exercises that are relatively small and do not exceed the body load, then this intensity of exercise will not be able to build muscles. At the time of muscle formation, patients are advised to take more protein-rich foods, such as beef and chicken breast, and also use protein powder or milk and dairy products, which can promote muscle formation.
