Right hydronephrosis, left kidney stone with separation of the collecting system, uneven prostate parenchyma, should improve the examination program, and then take drug treatment or surgical treatment. Uneven prostate parenchyma suggests that the patient has prostate lesions, which may include prostate hyperplasia or tumors, and generally need to be diagnosed through pathological examination combined with the patient’s clinical symptoms. For benign lesions, drugs such as tamsulosin and finasteride can be taken.
