Where does treatment for women’s disease begin?

I was lucky enough to participate in this year’s 10-day screening of women’s diseases at the second site of Red Star. There were not many people examined, just over 300, but many problems were found. 80% had vaginitis, at least half suffered from different types of cervical diseases of varying degrees, about 30% suffered from vaginal wall bulge, about 10% had an IUD without knowing the age, less than 10 years old, and as a result, it had not been replaced for more than 20 years, and there were many women’s diseases such as uterine fibroids and ovarian cysts. Because many gynecological diseases do not affect food and drink, do not affect daily life, so even if there are diseases do not come to see, and even free medical check-ups do not come to see, and even worse, also come to the hospital, only to do an ultrasound on the go. I don’t know that many diseases are simple to treat as long as they are diagnosed early, but if they are found to be advanced, the treatment will be complicated or life-threatening. There are also many gynecological diseases that can be diagnosed not only by ultrasound and other auxiliary examinations, but also by the simplest gynecological examinations, such as vaginitis and cervical lesions. Vaginitis, like other diseases, is diagnosed early and treated early, usually with 1 to 2 courses of vaginal medication, but if not treated early, the treatment must be long. For example, recurrent mycotic vaginitis requires six months of medication to cure, and if not, the couple should be treated together. Cervical lesions are divided into cervicitis, precancerous cervical lesions and cervical cancer, which are generally a gradual process. Pre-cancerous cervical lesions are related to HPV infection, which takes 10-15 years to develop from HPV infection to advanced cervical cancer, so there is sufficient time for treatment. Pre-cancerous cervical lesions are now minimally invasive, painless and can be done on an outpatient basis. Cervical cancer is the only malignant tumor of women with a clear cause that can be prevented and cured, but it usually has no manifestation in the early stage and can only be detected through examination. Vaginal wall bulge is common anterior wall bladder bulge, early symptoms are not obvious, only when coughing or sneezing urine out, late incontinence will become more and more obvious. Our department has treated a patient with a bulging bladder who used diapers frequently during the year prior to hospitalization because he wet his pants. It eventually developed to the point where walking for 10 minutes was unbearable and painful because of the crushing pain of the bulging tissue. An operation in less than half an hour solved the disease that had been tormenting her for more than 10 years. When detected early, it can be relieved by exercising or taking medication. There are many kinds of intrauterine devices, commonly known as rings, generally with a tail wire ring, because contraception is mainly by the ring to release copper ions to play a role, the use of the validity period is 5 to 8 years. In addition to harming the cervix, the endometritis is sometimes caused by the ring tail wire, so the damage will be greater if the ring is not replaced after the expiration date, and at the same time, the ring will also be pregnant, which does not play a contraceptive effect. When you get an IUD, you must consult your doctor about the time limit of the ring, and you must take it out and replace it when it reaches the end of the year.
