A 14-month-old boy with sudden onset of left-sided hemiparesis and vomiting. Diagnosis: arteriovenous malformation combined with aneurysmal dilatation. The lesion was ruptured and bleeding, craniotomy and hematoma removal were performed. Intraoperative thrill, almost couldn’t get off the table. Postoperative recovery was good, and the limb almost returned to normal.
