Cute 3-year-old boy with headache onset, arteriovenous malformation of the right lateral fissure pool, aneurysmal dilatation, and middle cerebral artery blood supply. The preoperative judgment was that there was a high chance of postoperative hemiparesis. Craniotomy was performed to remove the lesion completely. Recovery to normal.
