Electric shock injury is an injury that occurs rapidly and quickly. Arc burns are extinguished in the same way as flame burns. Electrical contact burns system current directly through the body, not only deep burns, and often life-threatening. First responders should be mechanically broken: 1, immediately cut off the power supply, non-conductive objects to interrupt the wire or pull the electric switch, so that the casualty quickly leave the power supply. Do not pull the patient or electrical appliances by hand, so as not to electrocute first responders. 2, electrocution from the power supply, if conscious, to lie down on the ground, temporarily can not walk, and closely observed; if the consciousness, should also lie down on the ground and ensure that the airway is open, with 5 seconds to call or pat the casualty to determine whether the loss of consciousness, but prohibit the shaking of the casualty’s head. For respiratory and cardiac arrest casualties, effective mouth-to-mouth breathing and chest compressions should be performed immediately. The ratio of cardiac compressions to breathing is 2 mouth-to-mouth breaths and 15 compressions for the single person method, and 1 mouth-to-mouth breath and 5 compressions for the double person method. Know the heartbeat and breathing until recovery.
