How to treat malignant tumors of the anterior middle of the right vocal cord

Malignant tumor of the middle anterior right vocal cord refers to vocal cord cancer in the vocal folds, and the tumor is confined to one side of the vocal cord, which can be chosen as supported laryngoscopic laser surgery, partial laryngectomy and radical radiotherapy.
1. Supported laryngoscopic laser surgery: for this type of vocal cord cancer, carbon dioxide laser or Nd:YAG laser can be used according to the lesion and equipment conditions, and the surgery can be performed under supported laryngoscope through the oral cavity. The operation time is short, the damage is small, the bleeding is small, the recovery is fast, and the accuracy rate is high, and the chance of second remedial surgical resection can be retained.
2. Partial laryngectomy: This procedure must be able to completely remove the diseased tissue and preserve the laryngeal function as much as possible. Depending on the primary site of the tumor and the scope of invasion, vocal cord resection, laryngeal dissection, vertical lateral anterior laryngectomy can be chosen to remove the diseased tissue.
3. Radical radiotherapy: if the vocal cord cancer is limited to one side of the vocal cord or the anterior union of the vocal cord, and the movement of the vocal cord is good, radical radiotherapy can be chosen.
