Adverse effects of targeted therapies

All targeted therapeutic drugs have their adverse reactions, and different drugs have their own focus on adverse reactions. For example, sorafenib, which is used to treat inoperable advanced kidney cancer and advanced liver cancer, has adverse reactions such as hypertension, rash, hand-foot syndrome, diarrhea, and perforation. Sunitinib has adverse reactions such as fatigue, malaise, fever, diarrhea, vomiting, and dyspepsia.
