Pain in the perineal area of men accompanied by hematuria may be urolithiasis, urinary tract infection, urinary tract tumor, trauma or others. 1. Urolithiasis: typical symptoms are pain accompanied by hematuria, which may be accompanied by nausea and vomiting, urinary frequency and urgency, urinary pain and other symptoms. 2. Urinary tract infection: typical symptoms include frequent urination and painful urination, partly accompanied by hematuria, with or without fever. 3.
