1. Dust mites
Dust mites and their excrement are one of the most common allergens. Dust mites look like small spiders or lice and live in warm and humid environments, often attaching themselves to dusty surfaces and various textiles such as bedding, pillows, mattresses, carpets, stuffed toys, etc. They feed on the dander they shed.
How to avoid contact with dust mite allergens?
Bedding: mattresses, pillows, quilts, sheets, etc. should be made of hypoallergenic synthetic products, washed and changed regularly with hot water, and exposed to sunlight regularly to avoid dust mite breeding.
Flooring: Do not use carpets or soft mats, use tiles or wooden floors.
Interior decoration: Try to use furniture that is easy to clean inside the living room.
Do not store old newspapers and magazines, and bookcases and display cabinets should always be closed.
Use air conditioners or dehumidifiers to keep the room dry.
Use air filters and regularly clean and replace the filters.
2.Cockroaches
Cockroaches are an extremely common asthma allergen. Because cockroaches like to hide in dark places, they are not easily found after death, and over time, dead cockroaches decompose into tiny particles that drift in the air and are easily inhaled into the lungs, causing allergic diseases such as asthma.
How to avoid contact with cockroach allergens?
(1) Food should be put into containers to cut off cockroach food sources.
(2) Close the passages where cockroaches may enter and exit, including the gaps in walls, windows and pipes.
(3) Actively cull the cockroaches in your home and thoroughly clean the cockroach carcasses and their excrement.
3.Mold
Mold reproduction will produce mold spores to be dispersed in the air. People with mold allergies will suffer from asthma and nasal allergy after inhaling these spores. If there are black spots on the floor, basement walls, bathroom or bathroom fixtures, it is likely that mold is growing there.

(2) Avoid exercising on grass.
(3) Minimize going outside when pollen values are high.
