How should glossy moss be eliminated?

Glossy lichen is a self-limiting disease and most patients do not require treatment. It resolves on its own after a period of time, but the length of time it takes to resolve varies, from less than a year to several years.
If the condition is severe or itchy, glucocorticoids or calcium phosphatase inhibitors can be used. In addition, oral glucocorticoids, cyclosporine or some photochemical treatments such as NB-UVB can also be used to eliminate glossy moss.
Consult your doctor for specific medication recommendations.
