Sweat spot treatment and prevention

Treatment is based on topical drugs, the lesion area can also consider the use of selenium sulfide or ketoconazole lotion, poor results can be oral antifungal drugs, the course of treatment should be more than 3 weeks.  But you should not expect a cure, just as you would not expect a cure for the flu, which is caused by condition-causing bacteria, you just need to do a good job of prevention, you can reduce the chances of developing. Keep your skin clean and dry, and disinfect your underwear with boiling water if necessary.
