Posterior cataracts may have occurred, i.e. after cataract surgery, the residual cortex has proliferated on the epithelium of the posterior capsule of the lens, forming a translucent membrane, often in the pupillary area, and therefore has a greater impact on vision, which can be cured by laser treatment and incision of the posterior capsule.
