Side breasts, extra breasts, are a nightmare for women, and many women mistakenly believe that this is due to wearing the wrong underwear on a regular basis, or just because they are fat, but this is not absolutely true.
What is a side breast
As the name implies, it is an extra “breast”. Some are swollen, bulging piles of soft flesh, while others look like real breasts. They are usually found in the armpits, inside the top and bottom of the breast, or in special areas such as the abdomen or groin.
What are the categories of parastomastia?
Parasites are usually divided into congenital parasites and acquired parasites. Congenital parastomas are divided into complete parastomas and incomplete parastomas.
What is congenital parametrium?
During the embryonic period, several pairs of mammary glands develop between the armpit and the groin, except for the pair in front of the chest, which continues to develop and is preserved, while the rest of the glands degenerate. However, if there is an abnormality in the development of the mammary glands that should be degenerated but are not completely degenerated, they will form paramomastia.
What are Acquired Parametrial Breasts?
Also known as pseudo-parametrial breast, this type of breast has no breast gland or nipple. Most of them are formed due to improper underwear and fat accumulation.
How to Remove Parametrial Breasts
The dangers of parametrium are huge, especially congenital parametrium, if there is menstrual discomfort, lumps, large area should be considered to remove.
1.Congenital
Minimally invasive surgery: liposuction + small incision glandular excision
Parametrial breasts are mostly composed of a mixture of fat and glands. The fat is first removed by liposuction, and then the glands are removed through small incisions (1-2 cm, depending on the number of glands), and postoperative pressure bandages are required for 7 days recovery. This method has faster recovery than the traditional direct surgical excision, smaller incision and hidden postoperative scar.
2.Posterior
(1) Liposuction
Because acquired paronychia is mostly fat and there are no glands, liposuction means is more suitable. The fat is directly sucked out of the body by inserting special tools through one or several small incisions.
(2) Laser radiofrequency
Through specific frequency radiofrequency energy acting on the fat layer, heating promotes fat decomposition and metabolism, and stimulates tissue regeneration and reconstruction by using the body’s own repair function.
Pre-operative preparation
1, comprehensive physical examination and laboratory tests without serious medical diseases and local infections.
2, one month before surgery should stop taking contraceptives estrogen, aspirin and other drugs that are likely to cause trauma bleeding.
3.The menstrual cycle should be avoided during the operation.
Postoperative care
1. Avoid getting water on the operated area within 7 days after surgery.
2, to ensure the cleanliness of the paramastectomy site.
3.Avoid eating irritating foods such as chili peppers.
4, strictly comply with the doctor’s orders to take medication and follow-up.
