What is belching is all about

Belching, a deep, long, slow sound made by gas in the stomach rushing up the throat, is commonly known as belching and is one of the common symptoms of various gastrointestinal diseases. In particular, diseases such as reflux esophagitis, chronic gastritis, peptic ulcer and functional dyspepsia are often associated with belching symptoms. Gas rising from the stomach, or acidic liquid causes belching to occur in reverse, accompanied by a typical ringing sound. Belching can change in duration and intensity depending on the etiology. Functional gastric and duodenal disorders, symptoms are divided into three categories: dyspepsia, belching and nausea symptoms, and belching is subdivided into gagging and non-specific excessive belching.
