How to relieve toothache caused by pulpitis?

”A toothache is not a disease, but a pain that kills you.”
You can see how much people fear toothache! And this familiar phrase is about pulpitis. Toothache caused by pulpitis is undoubtedly painful and unbearable, but is there nothing we can do about toothache caused by pulpitis? In fact, this is not true! Pulpitis, commonly known as dental neuralgia, is mostly caused by the development of dental caries deep into the dentin and the bacteria entering the pulp cavity through the dentin tubules or by the penetrating gingival cavity. The clinical manifestation is mainly severe toothache, especially at night. To relieve the pain caused by pulpitis, you can do this: a. Take 100 grams of common white wine and put it in a tea jar with 10 grams of salt, stir, and put it on the stove to boil after the salt dissolves. Take a sip on the painful area and be careful not to swallow it, the toothache will stop immediately. Second, take garlic and mash it, warm it up and put it on the sore spot to treat pulpitis, periodontitis and toothache. Third, the concentration of MSG is 1:50 with warm water, and then spit out the MSG solution after a while. This several times in a row, insist on two days after the toothache will be good. Fourth, gargle: contain a mouthful of water (temperature close to body temperature), gargle hard. The above methods can only temporarily relieve the toothache caused by pulpitis, and cannot really solve the problem of pulpitis. For the treatment of pulpitis, if the pulp can be preserved, it should be preserved as much as possible; if not all of the pulp can be preserved, some of the pulp, i.e. the root pulp, should be preserved as much as possible; if the pulp cannot be preserved, the affected tooth should be preserved as much as possible; the affected tooth should be extracted only when there is no preservation value, restoration is difficult or cannot be treated. For teeth that have caused periapical inflammation, root canal therapy is required, which means that the pulp should be completely removed and the root canal cavity should be filled with medication to eliminate the source of infection. This will also solve the problem of pain.
