A fine yellow verrucous rash is common in acute neurologic Niemann-Pick’s disease, which is also known as sphingomyelin deposition disease, an inborn disorder of glycolipid metabolism. It is characterized by a large number of foam cells containing nerve sphingomyelin throughout the mononuclear macrophages and the nervous system. The diet of patients with this disease requires more attention and observance of dietary principles. The diet of fine yellow verrucous rashes is as follows: 1.
